The Controller respects the privacy and rights of users, undertaking to gather, and other categories of data processing, in accordance with the GDPR, specifically under the terms of the following Clauses.

  • Moreover, the Holder of the Personal Data provided may still oppose the handling of his/her data, as well as request portability of the data to another controller for handling, whenever this is technically possible.
  • In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the Personal Data Holder must be able to exercise any of these rights by writing to the Controller, using the address of the registered office or via the following e-mail iterartis@iterartis.com.
  • When making requests regarding the modification or access to your personal data, the Holder must prove their identity.
  • Considering that it is impossible to establish a fixed time limit for the duration of the preservation of personal data, the controller will keep this for the minimum period for its handling, considering the purpose of its collection.
  • If you consider that there is a violation of GDPR with respect to the processing of your personal data, the owner of this may submit a respective complaint to the control authority, i.e., to the National Data Protection Commission.

5. Purpose of the Handling of Personal Data

The personal data provided is intended for normal communication between the Data Subject, as a potential client, and the Controller, and with their consent, the data subject will allow the data to be handled for the following purposes:

  • Drawing up requested budgets.
  • Provision of other information requested by the Data Subject.
  • In the event the Data Subject wishes to effectively make use of the services provided by the Controller, that same data will be used to carry out the respective contractual procedures, as well as the corresponding invoicing.

6. Security of Handling of Personal Data

The subcontractor has implemented the necessary precautions to protect access to its servers, where the personal data of data subjects is stored, namely: (i) protection with passwords, (ii) use of digital certificates, (iii) restrictions on physical entry to the places where the servers that store Personal Data are located; (iv) firewalls, (v) secure communication via the https protocol. Softway hereby informs that these security measures are reviewed and updated according to the needs and the state of art in these matters.

The website is regularly consulted, analyzed and updated by the Subcontractor to fill any security gaps. However, this is a commitment to resources, and it is not possible to guarantee the result one hundred percent, because at present there are no infallible instruments or techniques with which to offer Data Subjects absolute guarantees in this area.

If, for any reason, there is a breach of security that causes accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access to the Personal Data, the Controller shall communicate this to the competent authorities, without justified delay and, where possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of this and in accordance with the applicable legislation, Likewise, the Controller will communicate the breach of the Personal Data to the respective Data Subject, under the terms of the applicable legislation.

Notwithstanding the security measures adopted by the Subcontractor, we would advise users to take additional security measures, in particular, to ensure the existence of an active firewall, and updated antivirus and anti-spyware.
